How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number which can be used on our website under Contact & Track so you will know when you can expect your package to arrive. All orders are processed within 24 hours and ship out within 3-7 business days.

What if I place an order and some of the items are out of stock, how is this handled?
Once we process your order, if some of the items are out of stock, we will ship the items that are in stock and notify you of the out of stock items and their re-stock date. You will not be billed for any items that are not in stock.

How is shipping calulated?
Shipping charges are determined by the weight and destination of the package. At checkout the shopping cart will total the shipping amount for you. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx services depending on the size and weight of items.

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and Google Checkout are accepted methods of payment. Sorry but at this time we do not accept checks or money orders.

No, at the current time we only allow e-mail.

How are returns handled, and what if the product I purchased is damaged or defective when I receive it?
Any items that are damaged or defective when you receive them may be returned for a full refund. Please understand we will charge a 20% re-stock fee if you are returning the item for any other reason than for replacement. We have a 14 day return policy for all products.

How can I track the status of my order?
Confirmation emails are sent within 24 hours of your purchase. Tracking numbers are emailed within 3 business days. Just input your tracking number at USPS.com for estimate of delivery date.

Absolutely not, we never sell, trade or share your personal information with third parties. All information collected is used solely for processing your order.

Do you take eCheck payments?
Yes,but we can not ship out your order until your check clears. Please allow 3-5 days to clear.
